You should be highly energized and compassionate.
Light duties involve preparing overnight stock, cleaning and arranging bottles behind the bar.
We are looking for a Bartender with attention to detail, who can work independently and as part of a team.
As a Bartender, you should enjoy serving customers in a social environment.
Our goal is to provide quality customer service for our customers and ensure excellent communication between employees.
Ideally, you should be energetic and engaging, making sure that everyone is having fun at our establishment.
Responsibilities:
Create an organized bar area and ensure proper supply, storage and rotation of all bar supplies (e.
g.
glassware, liquor, beer brands, cocktail equipment etc.
).
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables and chairs.
Wash glasses and utensils after use.
Be able to read drink recipes, prepare signature cocktails and standard drinks.
Keep a tab of all drinks sold and monitor consumption of particular brands.
Contact vendors to order required supplies before running out of stock.
Manage cash by counting sales, depositing in bank accounts and making change from the till.
Prepare or order food for the bar area.
Provide menu suggestions for customers that are looking for drinks to go with food.
Ensure high quality service by maintaining professional interaction with customers at all times.
