Nurse Aide in Training is a program that allows the employee to receive online and on the floor training as a Nurse Aide.
Those that provide good customer service, are reliable, are team players, and have a strong work ethic will become eligible for Education Assistance to become a Certified Nurse Aide.
Depending on availability and the employee's learning preferences, Education Assistance will be provided at NO COST through one of the following avenues:
1.
Classes on or offsite at a Regency location.
